Joining SNSF - Please fill out an Authorization Form

Approval Status - Make sure to contact your PTA approver first. If they have completed the form you filled out, contact us at nanoadmin@lists.stanford.edu.

New Users - Check out our website for the facilities and equipment as well as contacts. Who to contact will depend on what tools you are interested in. https://snsf.stanford.edu/facilities

Inactivated Badger Account - Please fill out the SNSF - Access Authorization Form. Your authorization or PTA likely expired. 

PTA Changes - If you need to replace, add, reactivate, or extend the PTA on file for your account: Fill out the SNSF - Access Authorization Form and select the appropriate option. Wait for approval after submitting the form. You will receive an email when your PTA on file has been updated.

Unsubscribe from our Mailing List: All SNSF users are required to be on the list for important communications. If you no longer need a Badger account, please let us know and we can deactivate your account/authorizations and remove you from our mailing list.

Expiring PTA or Authorization: you will receive an email from us (it comes from Smartsheet Automations). Follow the instructions and fill out the SNSF - Access Authorization Form
